Adaptive Optics Ophthalmoscopy and OCT & EURETINA meeting

2019-12-09

Egidijus Auksorius has attended two different events during this trip. First, he has participated in the “Adaptive Optics Ophthalmoscopy and OCT Meeting”, which took place in Paris, France on 4-5th of September 2019. Egidijus have presented a poster entitled: “Fast and crosstalk-free in vivo volumetric retinal imaging with Fourier-domain full-field OCT”. It was also a training course/tutorial on eye imaging with different imaging techniques at the hospital (Quinze-Vingts).

Egidijus has also participated at the EURETINA meeting on 6-8th of September in Paris. He has attended various talks on retina imaging, which was very useful since it helped to get introduced to this relatively new field. He has also attended the exhibition at the EURETINA conference, where various manufacturers exhibited their commercial instruments for eye imaging. This was useful since Egidijus got an opportunity to use instruments of 5 different manufacturers for retina imaging.
