Working visit to Institute of Ophtalmology, University College London

The 2-days working visit to the University College London was dedicated to the meetings with several representatives of this Institution, including Prof Andrew Dick, the Director of the Institute of Ophthalmology. These meetings were related to the combined application for the International Research Agendas program , as the UCL Institute of Ophthalmology is the strategic international partner in this grant application.

Prof. Wojtkowski took the opportunity to present Institute of Physical Chemistry PAS to the management of UCL Ophthalmology, explain the International Research Agendas program goals and strategic assumptions, and then discuss the exact role of UCL in the project, including their obligations and the outcomes, which will be beneficial for them.  The fruitful visit was finished with a short lab-tour of UCL Ophthalmology facilities.
